Nora and Mike Aden

Nora Aden is the founder, owner, and Administrator of Encore Caregivers.  She develops a Care Plan for each of Encore's clients, and monitors caregiver activities to ensure that the Care Plan is adhered to, and that clients are satisfied.  Nora was born in the Houston area, and is a Registered Nurse with a career that includes OB/GYN positions, and home health agency experience as an owner, Administrator, and R.N. Supervising Nurse. 

Mike Aden is a co-founder, Alternate Administrator and CFO of Encore Caregivers.  He is responsible for financial, accounting, and administrative activities of the company.  Mike received a BA and MA from the University of Colorado.  Following his service in the U.S. Army, Mike received his CPA license, and practiced with one of the former "Big Eight" accounting firms.  He owned and operated several businesses in Houston, but his favorite pursuit prior to establishing Encore was the ownership and operation of one of Houston's largest private duty home health agencies, which was sold in 2004.

Nora and Mike discovered that they greatly missed the clients and the caregivers; and after a five-year sabbatical, returned to the pursuit of excellence in home care that they previously enjoyed, and that's how "ENCORE Caregivers" became a reality.
