Defining your needs and designing a Care Plan suitable for the circumstances …
Once we have answered all your questions, Encore’s nurse or designated supervisor meets with you and the Client. This assessment is without cost or obligation to you. Based on your wishes and requirements, an appropriate Care Plan is developed and a convenient service schedule is arranged.
Caregiver matching …
Encore prides itself on having the finest employees. We know that matching the personalities of the Client and the Caregiver is absolutely critical. In the unlikely event a personnel change needs to be made, it is accomplished quickly and without any upset to the Client. Our caregivers are professional and accept the change as necessary in the Client’s best interest.
Supervision and follow up …
Encore encourages and welcomes family and Client feedback. Caregivers are required to provide our supervisory staff with feedback as well. Additionally, periodic visits are conducted by Encore’s supervisory staff to ensure that Encore is achieving the Client’s Complete Satisfaction.
