When our last caregiver Bukky left I was so sad to see her go since she had been with us for several months. The new caregiver, Mo, that took her place is so awesome. I was so impressed that she picked up where Bukky left off and immediately developed a caring relationship with my mom. She is so kind and gentle with my mom and so very patient. I never worry about mom when Mo is with her. I don't know what we would do without her.I can’t tell you how thankful I was for Laura last week when I had to call Encore at the last minute when our personal caregiver became ill. I have used Encore Caregivers in the past and they provided my mom with the best In Home Senior Care I could have ever asked for. It was so much nicer and safer than having her in a nursing home and she loved being able to stay at home. They were great at caring for and being a good companion for my mother. It also relieved a lot of risks of trying to find someone ourselves and the staff was always so polite and helpful. They were also great at assisting my mom with all of her medications and made sure she took what was prescribed and made sure she refilled her prescriptions as needed. They cooked, helped organize, helped with dressing and drove her to get groceries and other items. I cannot recommend Encore Caregivers enough for personalized in home senior care and in home health care!
